1. With HINOP, 1000μm ultra thick plating is possible. HINOP's ultra thick plating is compatible with various optical molds including; aspheric lenses, Fresnel lenses, light guide plates, prism sheets and optical mirrors.
2. Pinhole-free , thick plating even adheres to hard to plate materials such as glass, hard metals, titanium alloys, and ceramics.
3. Capable of plating roll surfaces up to 2 meters in length, as well as across 60-inch corner plates.
4. We accept low-volume orders; there is no restriction on quantity.
5. HINOP enables high-precision through free-machining.
